See below the full itinerary:

Day 1:

You will arrive in Siem Reap and be greeted at the airport and transferred to the accommodation at Angkor Bodhi Tree.  Once all tour members have arrived, we will have lunch and a group meeting to discuss the exciting 7 days ahead.  The afternoon will provide your official welcome to Siem Reap with a sacred Monks Blessing.

Day 2:

On our first full day together we will head to town to take in the sights, smells and sounds. We will meet with our cooking class instructor who will take us into the bustling market place, followed by an opportunity to prepare an authentic, three course Cambodian meal. The cooking class will run into the afternoon and will be followed by free time.

Day 3:

An early start on day 3 will be well and truly worth it for the magic of sunrise over Angkor Wat. Departing at 5am a small journey to the temples will kick off our day of sight seeing around one of the seven man made wonders of the world.  The tour will last approximately 7 – 9 hours, with visits to Angkor Wat. Angkor Thom, Ta Prohm, The Bayon, The Baphuon plus more. The tour will provide a great insight into the history of Cambodia and their rich culture, as the site was the center of the Khmer Empire for over 500 years.  The temple tour will include a picnic breakfast and lunch. The afternoon will allow you free time to stay at the temples, return to the  Angkor Bodhi Tree or head into town.

Day 4:

After Breakfast the morning is yours to adventure outside or enjoy some rest and peace. After lunch, we will take to the roads to explore some of the Cambodian countryside. Travelling via moto, this tour will offer a unique experience to view the Cambodia lifestyle off the beaten track. The tour will return in time for you to partake in the evening yoga session, followed by dinner.

Day 5:

Shortly after breakfast, transport will be arranged out to Anlung Pi, a small village approximately 25km outside of the center of Siem Reap. You will spend majority of the day in Anlung Pi, visiting the VDCA free school and nursery, with the opportunity to take part in some lessons and activities with the children. You will also be treated to a traditional Khmer meal as prepared by the school teachers. This is guaranteed to be a unique and eye opening experience, one that you will never forget.  After a full day we will return to the Angkor Body Tree for some much deserved rest.

The morning will allow you some personal time to explore or reflect. The group will come back together in the afternoon to travel out to Kampong Flak, the floating villages on the Tonle Sap. You will experience the unique lifestyle and the natural beauty of Kampong Flak via boat as you watch the sun set over the river.
